What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants securely connect to external tools and data sources — like Shipday — so you can ask questions and get real, live answers instead of guesses.
Is connecting to Shipday secure?
Yes. Access is granted through a one-time OAuth authorization — no API keys to copy or store. Access is scoped to your account and can be revoked at any time from your assistant’s connector settings.
Which AI assistants are supported today?
Claude and Claude Code are live today. ChatGPT and Cursor support is coming soon — check back here for updates.
What can the Shipday MCP connector do?
It currently exposes four tools: extended reports on completed orders, lookups for deleted orders, your full driver directory, and per-driver earnings. More tools are on the roadmap.
